Processing stays off site
No on-farm slaughter or processing. Coordinate all requirements with the chosen processor.
Off-site processing resources
We do not slaughter or process animals at the farm. Contact the processor directly about species accepted, current requirements, appointments and costs. Any pickup, transport and processing arrangements must be agreed individually.
Meatworks
A processing resource our farm uses for four-legged livestock. The Livestock Institute describes Meatworks as a USDA-inspected, multi-species facility.

Ask Baffoni’s whether they can accept birds raised outside their own farm. Confirm species accepted, appointments and current requirements before arranging a visit.
